With this update, users will see two new tabs namely ‘Live’ and ‘On Now’ on Fire TV’s home page. The former will show you live TV channels from SonyLIV, Voot, NextG TV, and Discovery+. This includes popular channels, including Sony SAB HD, Colors HD, SET HD, Nick HD+, Dangal, DD National, News18 India, MTV Beats HD, SONY BBC Earth HD, Mastii TV Music, and Discovery. On the other hand, the ‘On Now’ section will show programs that are live on other channels along with a red progress bar on the thumbnail to quickly indicate the real-time progress. You can also use voice commands like “Alexa, Watch Colors HD” to switch to your favorite channels.
